Jarita Vickers
When most people hear the name Jarita (Dill), they think of an athlete first and are often surprised to learn that she also has a background in music. Jarita has often sung in local choirs from an early age and in recent years has been a member of her local church praise team where she often leads worship.
To sing is a joy and to be a vessel for God to lead people into a place of pure worship and vulnerability to Himself is simply amazing! Her involvement in the "Stand Still" project was a first-time experience and the journey since, has been never ending. It is her prayer that God would continue to move in her and through her, via the gift of song.
